Database of School Chinese
In CD-ROM format. A database of 2,570 Chinese characters culled from 12 volumes of Elementary School Textbooks prepared and published by China´s Ministry of Education in 1996. This corpus contains comprehensive information on the visual, phonological, and semantic features of each character. The database is in Microsoft Excel format (Asian version 7.0). Introductions and column headings are in both Enlgish and Chinese.
