The only early childhood screener that is in both English and Spanish! Authors: Carol Mardell-Czudnowski & Dorothea S. Goldenberg
Suggested for: Early childhood specialists, preschool and kindergarten teachers, Head Start programs, and child development centers.
Ages: 3-0 through 6-11
Administration Time: 20-30 minutes; Speed DIAL: 15-20 minutes
Scores/Interpretation: The DIAL-3 provides standard deviation and percentile cutoff points by chronological age at two-month intervals for total and area scores: Motor, Concepts, Language, Self-Help, and Social. Percentile ranks and standard scores also are provided.
Standardization: 1,560 English-speaking and 605 Spanish-speaking children throughout the U.S.
